Letter of health statement on Covid-19
Indonesian Embassy requires a letter of health statement from Hospital to state that a person is free from Covid-19 for visa application for Chinese Citizen.
Please assist how to get the letter and which hospital. We are based at Shah Alam.

Thank you for your question.
The applicant may go to Accident and Emergency department of any hospital in Shah Alam area and request for the letter that a person if fit and are not infected by coronavirus. From there on there on they will proceed accordingly depending on the hospital.
