We truly understand your concern with regard to your current condition.

No, you don't need to quarantine your self prior or post to getting a COVID19 vaccination. However these are the reccomended preperation we would advise you prior to taking the COVID19 jab.

• Read thoroughly the Vaccine Consent Form
• Undestanding the benefit & possible side effects of vaccination
• Avoid taking any pain reliever medication prior to vaccination (without you doctor's knowledge)
• Wear clothes that makes it easy to access you arms
• Having plenty of rest & enough sleep the night before
• Remember to have your breakfast and drink plenty of water

Occasionally different vaccination centres might have slightly different SOP according to the situation of their current pandemic surrounding. Therefore, I advise you to directly contact your local Vaccine Administration Centre (VAC) in the near future for more specific procedure.

For the time being, I would also encourage you to answer this quiz on Risk Assessment for COVID-19 to evaluate their health status in regards to this disease.
