Alternative medicine to Metoprolol

My mother was discharged from hospital last month due to possible brain viral infection or hyperthyroidism. She has high blood pressure, diabetics, high cholesterol, in her medication (Actrapid Penfill - Insulin, Insulated Penfill - Insulin, Amlodipine tablet, Aspirin capsule, Atorvastatin tablet, Metformin tablet, Metoprolol tablet, Perindopril tablet, Sodium valproate E/C tablet), there is one high blood pressure medicine called Metoprolol that contain beta blocker that causes her Psoriasis getting worse. We have called to hospital to see if we can change to alternative medicine, but the officer told us not able to accept walk in patient due to Covid-19, her next appointment will be two months later, which is too late as she is suffering very much now. We would like to to seek advice for alternative to Metoprolol that would not cause much complication to her Psoriasis problem. Please advise if any doctor can advise.
