AstraZeneca Vaccine Appointment
Hi I got appointment on 09-06-2021 for AstraZeneca vaccine,for your kind information I have hyperthyroid since 2018 also high blood therefore using daily the below mentioned tablets based on my doctor construction:
1.Camazol 5mg x2
2.Hovasc 5 mg x1
3.Tulip 40 mg x1 (cholesterol)
4.Aspirin Cardiprin 100
I would like to know after vaccine first dose can I continue to take all above mentioned tablets or not?

For your information, it is not recommended to avoid or discontinue medication for underlying medical conditions.
Medication such as ibuprofen, aspirin or, acetaminophen is not recommended as it might affect how the vaccine works.
Due to the fact that you are taking aspirin as one of your medications, you are strongly advised to consult with our doctor via teleconsultation to assess your condition and provide you with further advice.
