Hello and thank you for contacting us.

First of all, congratulations on the motherhood! we hope that you will be strong, happy and blessed throughout the entire journey. We truly understand your concern with regard to the PHYTO-9 supplement. However our views would only reflect based on the description that you have brought forth into the forum.

Need the nutritional support during early motherhood. Supplements are your most viable option.

Secondly, although PHYTO-9 are considered to be rich in antioxidant and other vitamins, one should know that its safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding cannot be established due to insufficient reliable data. Hence a reliable consultation must be accessed from qualified practitioner - to ensure the safety of your health and the family.

Thirdly, there is a difference between antioxidants and probiotic supplements.

In a nut shell antioxidants helps to keep free radicals (bad molecules) in check throughout your body. Broccoli, spinach, carrots and potatoes are all high in antioxidants, and so are artichokes , cabbage, asparagus, avocados, beetroot, radish, lettuce, sweet potatoes, squash, pumpkin, collard greens and kale.

Probiotic supplements on the other hand, are those that will encourage the growth of good bacteria for the body. The most common foods that naturally contain probiotics , or have probiotics added to them, include yogurt, cultured milks, kefir, kombucha, sauerkraut, pickles, miso, tempeh, kimchi, sourdough bread and some cheeses.

In short PHYTO-9 is not a probiotic supplement.

To know further with regards to what’s best for your condition, or to be able to decide on which supplement best suited for you at the moment, additional assessment must be done. With that being said we encourage you to consult with the nearest clinic or hospital in your area.
