Period comes in 2 weeks

I am a woman in my 20’s. For my period, my regular cycle has ways been mid of the month. I often feels emotional 1-2 days before my period & during my period heavy bleeding during the first few days & cramps.

However October 2019, my period came a week late and started on the 3rd week of calendar (21st-27th£. & then November 2019, my period came again during midweek (10-15th). This shows that my period returned within 2 weeks instead of 1 Month - initially I wasn’t concerned until today (30th November) I am bleeding again (another 2 weeks after November 15th - my last bleeding).

Hence I’ve been bleeding 2 weeks in two times consequent month. Please advise.
