Questions regarding duphaston. I’m 50 and either peri-menopause or menopause and currently taking duphaston

My name is Sandra.
I’m 50.
I started hemorrhaging the first of November.
After 3 weeks, I saw a gyne.
He did a D&C.
He said I shouldn’t have anymore problems because everything came back normal. But he said if I start bleeding heavy again, take 2 duphaston to stop the bleeding and don’t wait until my blood count drops so low.

No period in December.
January I started hemorrhaging again. I took 2 a day but it barely slowed down so I increased to 3. I kept at 3 until it slowed down.
Now I’m taking 2 a day to monitor it.
But it’s been 3 weeks and not stopping.

If this is normal for peri-menopause or menopause, I won’t worry.

But how long and how much duphaston is safe to take and at what point should I start to worry?

I’m also taking iron tablets so my blood count doesn’t drop.

But I live in Cameron Highlands so want to avoid going to Ipoh unless really necessary.

Also my Dr at the government hospital said I can do blood test here to monitor myself whenever I need. But there is no gyne in Cameron Highlands.
