For your information, balanitis is an inflammation that caused by infection or chronic skin diseases.
It is ofen caused by an overgrowth of bacteria or yeast. The foreskin of the penis is an ideal place for these organisms to grow because it can trap moisture around the penis head. This infection might cause irritation to your skin hence itchiness happened.
