Mild fever for past two days. Started with throat itchy and cough one or two times a day. Visited clinic doctor my fever 37.6 on 19/3 and as of now still on off. Sometimes 37.2 sometimes 37.7 maximum

I’m 33 years old (female), I felt my throat itchy on the 19/3 morning and a bit fever so I visited clinic nearby at 2pm. Doctor told me I’ve mild fever at 37.6 degree and throat a bit inflamed. He gave me medicine and antibiotic and asked to come back if not recover after 48 hours. As of now my fever didn’t drop, I have forehead thermometer at home, sometime 37.2 sometime goes back to 37.6. I have no cough unless throat feel itchy then will cough once. Feel a bit stuck when taking a deep inhale, normal inhale and exhale still ok. I’ve asthma history but never relapse many years. Never in touch with any Close contact to covid-19, not sure should I go for Covid-19 test? I done the online test and result showed minimal. But I’m still worried. Pls advise. Thank you.
