Overdose kafein (Maybe)
I’ve taken a huge amount of nescafe dalam satu masa yesterday around 6 pm. I couldn’t tell how much exactly the amount is because I kinda just poured as much as I want to. And half an hour later, I felt dizzy and my penglihatan jadi agak kabur. Kinda having a hard time breathing. I didn’t feel well. Tekak loya. Then I started to cirit birit. Around 7.30 pm I started vomitting. Then it just get worst. My hands start menggigil teruk. I doesn’t feel right. Then I started hallucinated. I get shaky. I couldn’t sleep. Everytime I close my eyes and tried to sleep, I terjaga 5 minutes later. Loya tekak still tak hilang. At 5 am I finally get to sleep. At 7.30 I woke up and having my breakfast. Loya tekak masih terasa but dah kurang. However my body kinda feel exhausted right now… so the question is, am I overdosing caffeine? Or not? If I did, how much does it last usually?
