Questions Regarding Getting A Diagnosis Online For Borderline Personality Disorder in Malaysia during Lockdown in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur
Hi Doctor,
I think I might have Borderline Personality Disorder since I experienced some of the symptoms almost in a monthly basis and it has been happening for quite some time now. I am genuinely worried about my mental health because I dont think this is normal nor a phase. I dont want to self diagnose myself. I am not familiar with the process of getting a diagnosis for a personality disorder in Malaysia. This brings me to my question, what are the steps to get a diagnosis for borderline personality disorder during the lockdown that is currently ongoing in Malaysia? Is there an online session where I can book an appointment? Also, how much is the fee? Which hospital charge an affordable fee for a diagnosis? Lastly, what’s the next step to do after getting the diagnosis? It would awesome to get a clear explanation from A-Z, if that is possible. Thank you Dr, I am looking forward to your response!
