Am I taking the right supplement combo?

Hi, I’m a woman in my mid-20s. Other than a mild backache, I have no serious health issues (and I’m not pregnant/expecting). I’ve been starting to take up a few supplements lately and was wondering whether if they are okay to be taken together as I’ve read online that there are a few combos that should be avoided.

The ones I’m taking right now are:

  1. Blackmores Vitamin C 500mg tablets
  2. Naturalle Evening Primrose Oil + Omega 3 Fish Oil
  3. Biotin 600 mcg (to help with my frequent hair loss)
  4. Naturalle Garlic 3000mg

Would very much appreciate if you could advice me on whether if these are okay to be taken together? Thanks for your time!

E. x
