Hi there, from your description above, this problem has been troubling you for quite a while. It can be frustrating for you and your partner as premature ejaculation may affect the intimate relationship. Premature ejaculation refers to ejaculation before an intercourse or less than a minute during the intercourse. However, there is no definite set time for a man to ejaculate during sex. In reality, about 20% to 30% of men may experiences premature ejaculation at some point during their lives.
