I go through the Q&A session on the AskDoctor portal related concern to COVID-19 and the given answer is strongly encourage people to evaluate COVID-19 risk through the online portal in order to identify whether they are in low, medium nor high risk.

My question are ;

  1. For those people with no access to internet, is there any alternative way/medium for them to evaluate the COVID-19 risk OR they can go directly to the hospital?

  2. Is there any dedicated hospital/clinic to handle this case?

  3. What is the hotline for CPRC? The given number in CPRC poster is differ from pone number that stated in ANNEX 26 under MOH Guidelines for COVID-19

  4. During the home quarantine period and if I have any of the known symptoms of the virus, is there any specific number that I can dial to seek advice and care specific to my situation and suitable treatments?
