Diarrhea, headache, sore throat, fever

Female 28 years old
I’ve been feeling a little sick since last week.
23/03 : 37.2° sore throat, diarrhea.
24/03 : 36.9° Aches, out of breath, diarrhea, finger pain and dry cough, sore throat.
25/03 : 36.9°- 37° Body soreness, sore throat, diarrhea, headache.
Haven’t gone to the hospital yet! Take anti-fever medicine at home. During this time, there were out-of-home jobs, contact customers, and banks
