Eye shifting when reading or trying to focus
Good day. I noticed that I can’t focus while reading especially on my right eye as I felt that it is out of focus & somehow I felt like my eye is shifting slighty downwards, that I have to closed or blink my eyes to gain focus. I noticed this since last year. What should I do

For your information, you may experienced nystagmus. Nystagmus is a condition that causes involuntary, rapid movement of one or both eyes. It often occurs with vision problems, including blurriness.
The symptoms include fast, uncontrollable eye movements. The direction of movement determines the type of nystagmus:
- Horizontal nystagmus involves side-to-side eye movements.
- Vertical nystagmus involves up-and-down eye movements.
- Rotary, or torsional, nystagmus involves circular movements.
These movements may occur in one or both eyes depending on the cause.
