Facial Skin Problem - Become Reddish and Painful with no reason

Hi I am 25y/o and female. My problem is about my face skin.

My face skin is suddenly been reddish, grumbled, and when before sleep it peeling, and its so painful, with no reason. It happen on sudden and gone just like that. And it happened exactly at both side of cheekbones. But usually right side is worse than left side.

Actually I noticed this happened since a few years back. Last time when it happened, I went to pharmasy, and the assistant gave me a pill medicine (Ezede) he said “if you eat this and the reddish will gone in 2hrs or more, then youre allergic to something. But if its still there, you might have skin problem and pls do check up with specialist”. And after I eat that, its gone. But until now i dont know what im allergic to, other than dust.

And now it happened again. On sudden. I dont know where it come from, but the obvious one I noticed is when I wore a different facemask (before this I wore Neutrovis mask & its so good, but on that day I wore different random facemask) while went walk and my face sweating. When I get off my facemask, that skin area is sooo painful. Butttttt, a few years ago i didnt wear a facemask. But it usually happened when my face sweating :woman_shrugging:t2:

So I actually want to know whats happening with my skin and whats actually trigger my skin to become reddish, painful, peeling.

One more thing, whenever I encounter this problem, that part also get triggered when my tears (when i cry or defecate) flow on it. It become so reddish and painful. May I know why?

And may I know for this problem, can I just go to the clinic or need directly go to dermatologist? Thanks.
