Widespread rashes all over skin

Dear doc, i have an issue with a widespread rashes. It has been already 8 month i am having this rashes. This rashes is very itchy and it widespread all over the body. I have went to clinic before the doc said fungal infection, but when i google online fungal infection happen on 1 side of the body. I have the rashes on neck, back, back chest, thighs(both), leg(both) arm(both) and butt . So i am quite confused on the rashes. Also i am having other symptoms which is vommit and nausea. I have take an std & hepatitis test(which recommended by the doc) which i am clear from any type of std and hepatitis .i have take the STD test on (also i took hiv test on 2 weeks, 1 month , 3 month , 5 month, 7 month all the test return as negative and i am using rapid test kit) Please help me thanks!

Also i dont have any rashes on my penis or any sign on that area particularly. Only other part of the body
