Feeling breath difficulty during midnight

My girlfriend was detected covid positive 9 days ald and currently she quarantine at home. These days she will feel a bit breath difficulty and havee some feeling like the respiratory tract has a bit pain. Beside she also will feel chest pain when she cough. But all of these symptoms will appear during midnight around 12 a.m to 4 a.m.
Before that she has insomnia problem, so if she cannot sleep at night then she will appear those symptoms.
Other time like afternoon she looks ok, did i need to send her to hospital or the quarantine center, can i have some advise pls.
