Thank you for the questions.

I understand that you are concern with your risk of being infected with COVID19. Since you feel feverish and rrecently travel to Thailand, you are encouraged to answer the quiz on Risk Assessment for COVID-19 to evaluate your health status in regards to this disease. After completing this quiz, you will be classified into several categories as follows:

  1. Low risk: You have to perform self-quarantine at home for at least 14 days. You also have to monitor your health such as taking your temperature and look out for any COVID-19 symptoms like coughing, fever, and shortness of breath.

  2. Moderate risk: You have to visit your nearest healthcare facility to obtain further confirmation.

  3. High risk: You have to visit your nearest healthcare facility immediately. If you are confirmed with COVID-19, you will be referred to a specific hospital and receive further treatment there. You will also be quarantined at the healthcare facility for surveillance.
