High Liver readings continuously

in 40s and past 4-5 years liver readings for GGT male, non-smoker, social drinker(beer) is > 200. Done fasting 3 months abstain from fried food, alcohol but results the same. Slightly lowered to 189 when took supplements but ultrasound done years ago indicated NAFLD.
