Period for one month

I am a woman in late 20s having non-stop period for 4 weeks now. The flow has been varied from light-normal-heavy across the 4 weeks with consistent clots of varying sizes (small to large). I don’t have sharp pains in my abdomen but only felt a discomfort on the lower left side 2 days ago and general discomfort in the belly area yesterday. Before this, I’ve missed one month period (in March) and had an 11-day period in February and no period in Jan. My cycle length is usually 6-7 days and consistent but has started to become irregular in the past year or so.

My mother had a history of a tumor/fibroid resulting in removing her uterus. Should i go to the clinic or directly go to a hospital?
