my questions is
what frequency did we need to sanitize at the workplace each day?what the Specific location that we need to sanitize since I am doing the prevention of the communicable disease at my workplace

First and foremost, you are advice to prepare hand sanitizer at the prominent areas for your worker to sanitize their hand. In addition to that, the area that you must sanitize is more important than the frequency. For instance, sanitizing computer keyboard, and areas that is regularly being used are very important.
Provide face mask and tissue to your sick employees, sanitize area that are commonly used and that differs from one area to another.
