Preventive maintenance medicine for hypertension

Hi, my name is Marvin, and I live here in Japan.
I am trying to help my dad source his medication.

My dad is from Philippines, 67 years old and he is taking TRIPLAXAM 5mg/1.25mg/10mg daily for his hypertension.

He traveled here to Japan to visit me and got stuck here because Philippines went on full lockdown due to the covid19 outbreak.
He is running out of TRIPLAXAM and I am trying to help him to source his medicine
but unfortunately, It is not available anywhere here in Japan. I also tried talking to his doctor
in the Philippines but due to the country is on full lockdown, shipping from there is impossible right now.

I found your site, I was wondering if you are able to ship to Japan?
I also would like to ask regarding the prescription. Do I need to get him an appointment to one of your
good Doctors to get him a new prescription to buy medicine from your site, or his prescription from Philippines will do?

We just need 1 or 2 month supply, just enough for the waiting time until he can finally go back to Philippines.
