Soft mass beneath the urethra

I’m a woman in my mid-20s. While recovering from a 1st degree burn injury to my groin area, I found a small pearl-like soft lump underneath the urethra. I don’t have much problem with it aside from an irritation after peeing that lasts up to an hour and slight incontinence. It also hadn’t changed in size or shape a year after the injury. But what is it exactly?
