Suspected deficiency in vitamins or minerals

I suspect that I may be having deficiency in vitamins or minerals but I am not sure exactly what. Where can I go in order to test for deficiency? How is testing like for such cases, can I test for multiple vitamins or only one per testing? I have trouble finding information about this in Malaysia, please advise.
