For your information, ovulation usually occur around 2 weeks after the last date of your menstrual date. Hence, ovulation is impossible for it to occur a day after your menstrual due to regulatory hormones that regulate the menstrual cycle.

Regarding your breast tenderness and headache, this is likely due to the circulation of estrogen hormone that occur particularly during menstruation. Estrogen is also responsible for breast tissue development besides endometrial growth. Breast pain most likely to occur anytime during menstruation, but some women might experience it as early as during ovulation (2 weeks before the next menses). This breast pain is also known as Cyclic Mastalgia which may usually reflects no problem in certain degree of breast pain, or it may be a sign of fibrocystic (growth) breast tissue changes that are usually benign. In your case, it might be due to some slight hormonal imbalance that might be affected by your lifestyle and habits.
