Constant coughing and voice become hoarse
Hi i am sorry for asking, but this week i have develop a costant coughing and sore throat that make my voice become hoarse. When im lying down i feel something stuck at my throat but nothing is there. Then, this morning i notice a little swollen on my thyroid gland. Can it recover by its own or do i need to go to the hospital immediately?
