Covid-19 test by private hospital
referring to the services here by doctoroncall; what is the difference between drive-thru swab and go and taking test at home. are the tests and examination the same? why is that the result by drive thru service can be received within 2 days but normally the result produced by hospital is 4-5 day long

Thank you for your question. I understand that you are worried about contracting the COVID-19. The duration of receiving the results will depend on the availability of machine to carry out the investigation. Patients number and staff availability will also influence the duration. Both examination and investigation are the same for drive thru and home based sampling. Only the settings will be different.
You may also directly visit the hospitals in this list for a COVID-19 screening test. (Designated Hospital for COVID-19).
