Covid-19 vaccine concern

Last year i was prodiagnosed with brugada syndrome… and still having a series of test to run until it is confirmed… according to my doctor fatigue and fever would trigger the symptoms… in your opinion, should i get a covid-19 vaccine as i am a primary teacher?i am concerned bout the side effects of the vaccine . Can the vaccine actually harm me in any possible way? Thank you in advance…
