I am 50 year old male and having Chronic G6PD and blood disorder HE Hereditary elliptocytosis. Also I’ve been having issue allergic to DRUGs (NSAID) and even have FDE (fixed drug eruptions) several time. Am I safe to take the Covid-19 vaccine?
Hi and thank you for asking us
Through the question and statement you gave on the above section, I completely understand your concern over this matter. For your information, if you have had a severe allergic reaction to any ingredient in an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine, you should not get either of the currently available mRNA COVID-19 vaccines. We advise you to connect with your hematologists as to any concerns regarding receipt of a COVID-19 vaccine.
