Diarrhoea + coughing and newly dev sore throat, suspecting covid-19, recently returned from melaka tourist area

Returned from melaka last Sunday 1/3/2020), started to develop symptoms of food poisoning on 4/3/2020 (Wednesday) - mainly vomiting, with headache, nausea and fever.

Then since 5-7/3/2020 (Thursday to today, Saturday), having diarrhoea (stool shape varies from form then to watery/loose stools, already 3 times today, all loose stools).

Fever has stopped since 6/3/2020 Friday. But today started to develop sore throat and back with headache. Continously with coughing and runny nose.

Concern that would it be covid-19 symptoms, as symptoms are quite similar except no breathing difficulties. Had visited tourist parts of melaka.
