Difficulty breathing and flu like symptoms

Symptoms:-

  1. Slight itch in the throat about 3 days ago;

  2. Intermittent mild runny nose past 2 days. I sneezed once today.

  3. Tight in the chest but can hold breath longer than 10 seconds.

  4. Slight muscle ache to n the legs although I did no physical activities

  5. No fever.

I’m worried if I have the covid 19.

However, I haven’t been in close contact with any strangers at all. The only places I travelled in the pass 2 weeks are Shah Alam Court, Shah Alam land office and local supermarkets. I live in Rawang. I don’t wear mask but have always kept 1 meter distance from people and washed hands after touching anything. Should I be worried?

On a separate note, I do have a problem where if I read about symptoms,I will feel like I have it. My brain is wierd. So I try not to read into it too much.
