Hidradenitis suppurativa

I’m a 24 years old male and I have been diagnosed with Hidradenitis suppurativa by a specialist in government hospital. I have taken doxycycline for about 5 months. Along the 5 months period the Doctor had increase my doxycycline dose also. From my last visit the Doctor want to change my doxycycline to acitretin. When I got to the pharmacy dept the pharmacist said that the Doctor wants to change the acitretin to isotretinoin. I had a pharmacist friend who said that the isotretinoin might worsen my current condition in comparison to acitretin. He read it in UpToDate.com. So may I know if the isotretinoin will worsen my condition?
