I am a woman in 28 years old. I have no travel history for the past 3 months. I felt my throat slightly dry and with heat sometime. And also some time breathing not smooth. But sleep well during night time. My body temperature is 36.5 and also slightly cough.
We understand your worries especially with the development of symptoms indicative but not exclusive of COVID-19.
As you may already aware, cough and sore throat symptoms are not specific to COVID-19 but can be presented in other conditions such as in common flu and other infections by bacteria or other viruses.
Therefore, you are encouraged to answer the quiz on Risk Assessment for COVID-19 to evaluate your health status in regards to this disease. After completing this quiz, you will be classified into several categories and further actions suggested will be provided according to the classification.
You are advised to monitor your symptoms and limit contact with other person. Practice hand washing and hand hygine and well as wear protective mask when you interact with other people. I would also like to advice you to stay home as ordered by the authorities.
You may consult a MOH doctor by clicking Ask Doctor at the Ministry of Health website (COVID-19 Portal) to ask any health issues related to COVID-19 starting from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.
After 5.00 pm till 12.00 am, please direct your enquiries to our DoctorOnCall website at this link DoctorOnCall Tanya.
With your cooperation, I hope we can conquer this outbreak before it get any worse. Thank you.
