Skin Allergy (hives, rashes and itchiness)

Women, 26 and started to have skin rashes, hives and itchiness since 8/4 at night at limb area. Suspected to be skin allergy. Having similar symptom one year ago at right forearm area only.
Immediately on 8/4 night, taken the exact medication (prednisolone 5mg) provided by doctor one year ago for the symptom treatment.
After 3 days (11/4), medication finished, symptom still remain/not getting better, when to visit another doctor, and doctor provided the exact medication to continue on treatment.
3 more days later (15/4), rashes, hives and itchiness getting lesser, but still remain, went to visit another doctor, and have an injection for treatment. Same medication (prednisolone 5mg) was provided too for cont treatment.
After injection, rashes and hives reduce significantly, and almost went off on 20/4
However, rashes and hives started to come back again on forearm and thigh area since yesterday (21/4).

I am honestly not sure about what am I allergy to, and trying to figure it out now.
Anything I can do now?
