Stomach problem for 3 days

Hi, Im 28 years old male, 3 days ago I developed some kind of chest tightness but no sore throat, fever or difficulty breathing (is it because of my sitting position? because I have sit there playing games on a stool without back support.) Then I’ve grew a lot of anxiety regarding this problem and starting taking in Vitamin C supplement at high volume, (around 2500mg per day), the next day the chest tightness was gone but my stomach feel gastritis, everytime after I consume food I felt like vomiting, and eventually vomitted some. It happens throughout the 3 meals. I felt nauseated only after taking a meal. I can feel warmness on the skin of my elbow but there’s no rash. I’ve double up the dosage of Vitamin C yesterday and the condition does not seems to improve today (nausea) after meal. Is this related to Covid 19? I’m scared.
