What is the proper way to handle covid19 if me myself or family and friends think that they have covid19 sympthoms?

So, i want to know the proper way to handle suspect covid 19 cases.
Currently im at penang and have a little sore throat and coughing. Can you please advice wheich is the hospital that can handle covid 19 at penang? And also if we have all the symptom of covid 19, can we just directly go to that hospital and inform the stafff that we might infected by covid19? Also, does the hospital provide free test on covid 19 if we feel that we have little symptom of covid 19?

Although you might be experiencing symptoms, you are first encourage answer the quiz on Risk Assessment for COVID-19 to evaluate your health status in regards to this disease. After completing this quiz, you will be classified into several categories with an advice along with it. Please act accordingly. This initiative is to reduce the crowd coming to hospital in fear of coronavirus.
Besides, the public hospital will provide COVID-19 test for free only to high risk patient that fulfill some criteria. However, if you’re not eligible you can opt for private testing through this link: COVID-19 Screening At Home.
