Why is my HSV IgG result not 0 if I am negative? If value in the negative range is different from previous test value but still in negative range, do I need to worry?

I am negative for HSV1 but value in my HSV IgG index range is 0.1 and not 0 like last year. Does it mean now the antibody went up? I have no symptoms but when I checked with my doctor, he said shift from 0 to 0.1 is strange and asked me to come back in 3 months for same test.
