Questions regarding Tuberculosis

Hi, I would like to ask about should a tuberculosis patient quarantine herself when she is already taken medicines for a few weeks. Will eating together, sharing same items like spoons/sharing same bathroom will spread the bacteria? What are the other ways tuberculosis spread? What fruits are not supposed to be taken by a tuberculosis patient? Thanks very much~
