My mom had her fever, then it leaded to cough. then the doctor said it is because of bronchitis. then, she had this persistent cough which is not going away and showing symptoms of silent reflux

My mom she is 47 this year. it started from a common fever(Jan) which leaded to bronchitis (the doctor said). Then she had this persistent cough which did not go away. we thought it is caused by bronchitis then the symptoms leaded to silent reflux(in between she has skipped meal for several times, a long gap between breakfast and lunch) because she is having cough when she is hungry or after a meal which is sometimes a chronic cough. so what should i do now? this condition is from Jan 2021 till date. please help me to get to know more deeply and thank you.
