Balanitis that lasts for years and never solve by doctor, does it infectious?

My question is rather long. Hope doctor here can be patient in reading my post.I am a university student and has been depressed all times because of my condition. Sincerely hope that there will be a doctor can help me to solve my problem. You may save a life of a patient.

Few years back, i had sex with sex workers (which i extremely regret). It was protected sex, but we have unprotected oral sex. I was then diagnosed with balanitis and had been treated with anti-fungus cream and had been cured. However the red patches and red spots on my glans are still persist. Below are the chronology of my situation these few years

  1. Have sex with sex workers, last exposure was on June 2017.
  2. About few weeks after, there is 1 cyst appear on my foreskin, and got rashes on my glans
  3. I went to GH dermatologist, they prick the cyst and give me anti fungus and steroid cream.
  4. I applied the cream, the rashes on glans is gone, however their appear red patches on the glans.(the size is about a thumb size on the central of glans) **There was no discomfort at all on my penis.
  5. Was diagnosed of balanitis by GH dermatologist.
  6. On August 2017, GH took my blood and have HIV test, the result was negative.
  1. On October 2017, i went to clinic and doctor gave me anti fungus cream, anti biotic cream, and oral anti biotic and the medicine of Vibra.

  2. On Dec 2017, (6 months after exposure, Dr in clinic took my blood test for HIV (Elicia test), herpes 1 & 2 (igg test),Syphilis (tppa and rpr test)and Chlamydia, however, the results were all came back negative.

  3. On Jan 2018, since had been tried many creams, but the red patches still persist, so i went to another clinic and have a comprehensive std test again. However, the results were all came back negative again.

  4. On June 2018,i went to urologist in gh have a circumcision as doctor believe that circumcision would help my balanitis.

  5. Remember i said earlier i got cyst on my foreskin? So the cyst was removed through circumcision. The urologist sent the cyst to lab and the result was that i was just a normal cyst.

  6. First month after circumcisions, the red patches on glans had gone totally. However, it came back again at the 2nd month after my circumcision.

  7. So i went to see gh dermatologist again, the dermatologist give me cream to apply again. Until end of year of 2019,doctor ask me to stop all the drugs as they won’t help.

  8. On November 2019, i went for another comprehensivd std test and came back negative again.

  9. On June 2020, i went to clinic again the doctor said nothing to worry about and ask to observe my glans only as there was no tenderness, no pain and no itch. No symptoms for doctor to diagnosed and has been ruled out everything.

  10. On Jan 2021, i went to see dermatologist again, he said nothing to worry about as there is no pain and no itch. He said it is just normal blood flow problem. And ask to ignore the red patches and red spots on glans unless there is pain or itch.

  11. So until today, i still fear that i might be std or doctor had misdiagnosed it. I fear that it is infectious, but doctor said my glans are fine and no infection at all.

  12. What could the red spots and red patches be since has rule out all std??? Had ask 3 doctors here in doctoroncall and all also said the same things ask me not to worried. If any doctor can help me to solve u need the photo or video of my glans u can email me or leave your contact here thank you so much. Video is better because is more clear.
