Bartholin abscess, recurrent, done surgery

Hello. Im 20 years old. I had been having recurrent bartholin abscess since im 15, about 5 times. I had a surgery last March 2020 to widen my bartholin gland. However the problem still occurring to me now. I had always practice hygiene and others. I always having heavy discharge from the duct, need to always wear my pantyliner. Please tell me what should i do to prevent. Should i go to the hospital again or just take medicine antibiotics? Thank you in advance.
