Chest pain/uncomfortable after cough and sorethroat begin to subside

Male, 33 years old. Having sore throat and cough last month. Begin to subside 2 weeks ago after seek treatment, however also start to have (only LEFT side) chest pain/uncomfortable/feel heavy.

I try deep breath to check lung function, and especially during exhale, I will feel pain on the upper left chest or rib (unable to identify properly), but sometime it will having very short, sharp pain.

The pain/uncomfortable not always happen, but when it happen it will:

  1. Only Left chest will feel heavy/pain, sometime affecting the back. Slightly affect breathing.
  2. Sometimes pain on the rib bone, and even on heart area.
  3. Feel tired, and headache. Lying down will reduce symptom.
  4. Sometime during speaking (lough or continuously), feel like lack of energy.
  5. Feel something pulling from the chest during breathe
  6. Pain sometime affect to on abdomen (at the end of rib bone)
  7. Arm sometime feel weak or slight numbness
  8. May still cough when press deeply near the left arm joint area (possible muscle). sometime need cough to clear airway to feel better.

Once having same chest pain problem during February (also have sore throat but slight, weak cough), check for ECG on Klinik Kesihatan but doctor find no abnormality. He check lung (he ask not to/hold breathe) with stethoscope, also find nothing.

No travel record and no close contact. Covid-19 accessment result is “minimal”
