Eye twitching for over a week

Hi,I am woman in 30s and had been having eye twitching at my left lower eyelid for over a week now, it stop for a while if I did hard blink but eventually come back again after few minutes.no difficulties to keep my eye open.Eyes do feel tired sometime. What should I do to stop the eye twitching?
