Anonymous 16 monthsHi, i just got a wound from falling down few days ago, and in the process of healing, thr were some yellow stuff stick on the wound and yellow liquid spill from the wound . I have get to know it is a fibrin layer.i tried to clean it but some is stick onto the wound, cant clean completely. So, should i clean it completely? or it is fine to leave a bit on it?
