Female, 23 years old. Symptoms of flu, cold or COVID19?

Female, 23 years old. I’m having sore throat and on/off fever since 2 days ago. These symptoms appear a day after I went out for groceries. So far, the symptoms don’t get worse but don’t get better either. I’ve taken the necessary steps (i.e masks, hand sanitizer) when out of the house but I am still concerned if I had touch anyone/anything without realizing it. So how long should I monitor these symptoms before having to consult a doctor?
