Headache,scare of light

cough for one month, but not srs and not everyday, scare of light, headache especially the part behind of my head, and I feel my right ear is stuck, but still can hear voice, and my right eye feels very heavy. my skin also appear many small red dot, before I take vitamin b, my head sometime will feel numb also
