Headache on one side of head

Hi, I’m a 22 y/o female and I’ve had this headache, most of the time on one side of my head (left) since I was 17, about twice-thrice in one month and it usually last for few hours. The pattern is usually similar and I can still do my normal activities. I also have astigmatism (if that could be a factor). Should I be concerned about it?
