I am 28 years old. I am currenlty in the losing weight journey and following calories deficit plus exercise. However, sometimes like twice in a month my trainer will allow me for a ‘cheat day’. Every time during my cheat day, after my meal I will have severe headache. I wont face this during my diet days but only on my cheat day. May i know why this happening and is there any remedies for it.
